    Myra Sutanto Shen is a tax partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini and the head of the firm’s tax practice group. Myra represents technology and life science companies in connection with all aspects of U.S. federal income tax planning.  She has extensive experience advising public and private companies in all corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, IPOs and convertible note offerings, and corporate restructurings.

  • Bridget Mackolin

    Bridget Mackolin, CPA, Senior Manager, Eisner Advisory Group LLC.

    Bridget Mackolin is a Senior Manager at EisnerAmper providing tax consulting and compliance services to public and privately held businesses. She also has experience working with closely held businesses who operate on multistate and international platforms. Bridget serves clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, and insurance companies. Bridget is currently pursuing her Master’s in Accountancy degree at Rider University. She has passed all four parts of the Uniform CPA examination and is currently fulfilling work experience needed for licensure.
