People Priorities: What to Know when Launching a New Company

Join LaunchBio for part four of our Beyond the Pitch series featuring Erin Daruszka, Senior Human Resources Consultant at OneDigital, for a practical look at the people decisions that can make or break an early-stage company.
In this session, Erin walks through what first-time founders need to get right before they grow:
- How to set up payroll and benefits in a way that’s compliant, competitive, and scalable as your headcount grows
- What HR policies you actually need on day one and which ones can wait
- How to talk about your people strategy with investors in a way that builds confidence rather than raising red flags
Getting your people foundation right isn’t just an operational checkbox. It’s part of the story you tell investors about how you run your company. Join us online October 29th to learn more.
