She has been a key contributor to thought leadership about COVID-19 pandemic and is supporting companies with trusted transition to the office and reimagining work. Roselyn has extensive experience consulting for Fortune 500 companies on workforce planning and strategy and labor cost review.
Leslie Loveless, CEO and Partner, Slone Partners
Leslie brings nearly 20 years of healthcare industry and executive search experience to Slone Partners. She joined the firm in 2007, became Chief Operating Officer in 2014 and CEO in 2016. At Slone Partners, Leslie acts as the leader of the organization as well as the head of the Executive Search team. Her involvement with clients and candidates enables her to understand the key motivations of each. As Chief Executive Officer, Leslie’s focus extends to cultivating new business partnerships and expanding relationships with existing clients. Through Leslie’s leadership, life sciences and biotechnology have emerged as the primary client base for Slone Partners.
Carol Hidalgo, MEd, Owner, Hidalgo Consulting
Carol Hidalgo has over 20 years of human resources and business management experience. She has planned and executed key HR initiatives, including the design and implementation of compensation and benefits, policies and program development, large and small-scale reductions in force, strategic planning initiatives, recruitment, outplacement, and training and orientation programs. She has participated in several business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, IPO, start-up operations and company closures.
R. Scott Struthers, PhD, Founder & CEO, Crinetics Pharmaceuticals
R. Scott Struthers, PhD has served as President and CEO since December 2008. Prior to Crinetics, he was senior director and head of endocrinology and metabolism at Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc., from 1998 to 2008. At Neurocrine, he initiated and led the effort to discover and develop orally active, nonpeptide GnRH antagonists, including elagolix. Prior to Neurocrine, from 1995 to 1998, he co-founded ScienceMedia Inc. to develop eLearning solutions for the life sciences and higher education markets. He is a member of the board of directors of the San Diego Entrepreneurs Exchange, a nonprofit organization that provides resources for early-stage start-ups, which he co-founded in [2009.]
Leslie Martin, MS, Head of Talent Acquisition, Flagship Pioneering
Leslie Martin joined Flagship Pioneering in 2020 and is responsible for building and managing a team of highly skilled recruiters and sourcers. She specializes in continuously improving hiring results while optimizing the candidate experience. Leslie was previously Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Tripadvisor, where she managed executive hiring globally and managed hiring for 4 business units including machine learning/tech, marketing, finance and HR. She drove the effort to increase gender diversity in senior leadership, resulting in a 35% increase in female hires at the Director+ level.
