    Thelander Consulting is headed by Jody K. Thelander, a compensation executive with a track record of successful results and over two decades of professional experience. Jody has a keen understanding of business realities through a diversified background in compensation, sales and customer service. Her surveys and resulting reports have become a well-respected and highly desired tool for compensation decision-makers in the private business sector. Jody earned a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Studies at the University of Vermont, Burlington, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources at Marymount University, Arlington, VA. Her career began in the fashion retail industry with British Vogue, Ralph Lauren Womenswear, Bonwit Teller and Garfinkel’s in London, New York and Washington, DC. Jody also spent ten years with TRW Space and Defense, both in Washington, DC and San Francisco, before starting her own firm.

    Christine Leong Connors is currently President and a Partner of EPIQ Capital Group, a multi-family office and advisory firm based in San Francisco with additional offices in Dallas, TX and Reno, NV.Prior to joining EPIQ Capital Group, Christine was a Managing Director and Head of the Northern California Region for J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank.  At J.P. Morgan, she led a team of professionals in San Francisco and Silicon Valley who provided comprehensive wealth management advice and services to affluent individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations in the Bay Area. Christine has more than 20 years of experience managing wealth for the area’s foremost entrepreneurs, financial principals, nonprofit leaders and business executives.  She is focused on continuing to build EPIQ’s presence and impact and driving new initiatives to bring the best solutions and advice to the firm’s clients.

    Scott McCall, Partner, Wilson Sonsini

    Scott McCall is a partner in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich Rosati’s employee benefits and compensation practice. He represents both private and public technology clients in connection with executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Scott’s practice focuses on the design and implementation of equity compensation and bonus plans, executive employment agreements and the corresponding tax, accounting, and securities law issues. He also is actively involved with the firm’s transactional practice, working with employers to manage the transition of employees and their benefits during and after a merger or acquisition, joint venture, or spin-off.
