Nick Edwards, PhD, CEO & Founder, Potato
Nick Edwards is the CEO and founder of Potato, an artificial intelligence company focused on transforming scientific research. Nick holds a PhD in neuroscience and has conducted research at renowned institutions including the NIH, Brown University, and UC San Diego. He’s spent multiple years working in biotech, first at Illumina, then he helped start Resilience. Nick is also host of the Once a Scientist podcast, where he interviews researchers and former researchers about their careers and discusses the future of scientific discovery. His career has been defined by a passion for accelerating discovery and making science more reproducible, accessible, and impactful.
